You’ve spent hours scrolling Zillow, Realtor.com, and Redfin. You think you know just what you want, and don’t want, in your next home.

Life is busy. Between work, or raising kids, or work and raising kids, there’s never enough hours in the day. That’s where I come in. From initial home search through closing I’ll respect your time, and won’t waste it. Because just like you, there are never enough hours in my day!

What is your driver? What makes you want to purchase in a certain area? Are the schools important? Do you want an ocean view? Do you need room to stable horses? Do you need a house that’s great for entertaining? Do you need to dock a boat in your backyard?

There are so many questions that Buyers have. Usually it starts big picture, then little by little the home search gets refined down to a particular product type in a particular area. Part of what I do is just having a lot of good old fashioned conversation with you to nail down what it is your really want.

Buying a home is one of the largest financial decisions you’ll likely ever make. The Realtor you choose better know how to make things easier for you, not give you misguided information or stop working on your behalf as soon as your purchase offer is signed.

    Writing offers is both technical, and an art form. Thankfully for you, I’ve written hundreds of them. Offers written in haste, or in a sloppy fashion, can leave you missing out on your dream home. I also write my offers in a way that gives you as many ways out of the contract as possible. Just in case that dream home, isn’t so dreamy once we take a closer look.

  • Step by Step Guidance

    I won’t abandon you after we write an offer. I’ll be there every step of the way for you. From inspections, to appraisals, to dealing with title issues. Every step of the process will be explained to you, and I’m always available to talk you through it. Most importantly, I won’t push you into just any home, I’ll stick with you until we find the right home.
